The Friends group has grown considerably in the last two decades, increasing its range of activities to cover two of our parks, two railway stations and planting along Hoylake and Meols high streets.  In Queens Park and Parade Gardens we have raised their standard to ‘Green Flag’ status. You have probably seen the transformation of Meols and Hoylake train stations. As you read above there are many tasks our volunteers our involved in, there is something to suit everyone. When we have a task to complete, whether it be some basic gardening maintenance, park tidies, heavy work, litter picking, painting, or cutting a new bed. We send out an email to all volunteers on our database. Those who are available to help at the time will contact us.
